Refund Policy

1. Consulting Services & Coaching Programs

All consulting sessions, coaching programs, and strategic planning services are customized, time-based engagements. Due to the nature of the work and the commitment of time and resources, all sales are final once services have been delivered or once a scheduled session has begun.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Prepaid sessions or packages: If you cancel a prepaid session or package at least 48 hours in advance of your first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Unused packages: For multi-session packages, if you choose to discontinue before the second session, and notify us in writing within 7 days of your purchase, a partial refund (prorated for unused time minus a 10% administrative fee) may be issued.

  • Exceptional cases: In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or family crises), refunds or rescheduling may be granted at our discretion. Written documentation may be required.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Failure to attend scheduled sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice (no-shows).

  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of commitment or implementation on the client’s end.

  • Completion of services as outlined in the scope of work or coaching agreement.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen situations arise. Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. Missed appointments without adequate notice are forfeited and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please email info@bakimos.com with your full name, purchase details, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.
